Who Can Return Items?
- You may return items within 30 days from the day your order is delivered.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
- Returns must be shipped by mail; we do not support in-person drop-offs or store returns.
Steps to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, reach out to our support team at info@studioharvyn.com and include the following details:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Your shipping address
- Reason for return
Once we approve your request, you’ll receive return instructions, including the return address. Note: We do not offer prepaid return labels. Please use a shipping method that includes tracking.
Return Shipping Costs
- If you’ve changed your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, Studio Harvyn will cover the return postage costs.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds are made in British Pounds (GBP £).
Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Products that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
- Items purchased with store credit
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t seen the refund in your account within 5 working days of approval:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your bank or card provider, as processing may vary

Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for qualified items returned within 30 days.
- To request an exchange (e.g., different size or color), email info@studioharvyn.com with your order number and request.
- If it’s a preference-based exchange, you will cover both return and reshipment costs.
- If the product was defective or incorrect, Studio Harvyn will pay for all associated shipping.
Wrong, Faulty, or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@studioharvyn.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible. We’ll replace the item and cover return shipping at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel it. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
